ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SKILLSET:
✓ Managing an inbox? No problem. You can easily organize, prioritize, and create templates around all communication internal and external, at UV.
✓ You are systematic and think in processes…AND you document them with ease.
✓ You are a total creative at heart, but you also have a knack for creating super sexy, streamlined processes.
✓ You love researching & brainstorming new ideas & strategies and your mad organization skills make you perfect for the planning & overseeing projects
✓ You have strong attention to detail, and everyone who knows you would say you are naturally *hyper* organized.

✓ You NEVER miss a deadline. Nothing makes you happier than seeing an organized trello board or 4-6 weeks of content already batched out in advance 🤩 and you’re always looking ahead to spot potential bottlenecks in planning.
✓ You’re down to tag team where needed, but you secretly love being able to fully own a project from start > finish.
✓ You're an independent worker who is resourceful (a must) and has the ability to effectively take direction and run with ideas.
✓ You are coachable and open to feedback - you understand it’s how we grow!
COMMUNITY ADVOCATE SKILLSET:

✓ You're a boss at building connections, and you know how to bring new ideas into action that your target audience *actually* can’t wait to participate in.
✓ You know your way around social media channels (instagram, tiktok, facebook, youtube), and are always keeping up-to-date on current best practices for consistent engagement with the community. 💪
✓ You’re a natural at finding ways to build genuine relationships with other business owners and community influencers online, and you’re ready to use this gift in the UV team’s hunt for perfectly aligned affiliates and podcast guests!
✓ You love a good video or TikTok editing sesh, and you happen to have some pretty slick skills when it comes to making content look and feel relevant and engaging.

Engaging on a variety of outlets including online forums, social media platforms, our private members only community platform, and more, you’ll act as the liaison between UV and our audience.

You can expect…
MORE AUTONOMY & FREEDOM THAN YOU’VE EVER BEEN GIVEN BEFORE:
We get it, people hate being micromanaged, but here’s the twist, our management actually hates micromanaging people too! We have no desire to check over your shoulder to watch all your work and review tasks every 5 minutes. #inefficient. You’ll have a lot of freedom and independence to produce the expected results in your own way in this role.
BE AFFIRMING, BE YOURSELF:
In case you haven’t noticed, we’re LGBTQ+ affirming and gender inclusive. Those with lived experiences within the gender queer community are given preference and prioritized in our hiring process.
FLEXIBLE HOURS:
More of a night owl? Want to go for a 12 noon yoga class? Have kids you need to drop off at school at 8:30 AM sharp? No problem! Do the work whenever in your day that works for you, as long as you meet deadlines, and a few time-sensitive tasks each week.
OUR OFFICE IS VIRTUAL:
While this role is 100% remote, it does requires you to have solid Wifi at pretty much all times. So if you live in the middle of genuinely nowhere or your idea of a rad vacation is to go on trips to national parks with no internet service for weeks at a time, this role won’t be a good fit for you.
Sound like a good fit? Apply!
Please note we’re a small team handling a lot of applications, so do not email/DM/message to follow up. We will contact successful applicants we’d love to move onto the next round with.
We’re really looking forward to reading your application and thank you for your time applying.
