How to Get Loud

Day 9:
Vocal Warm-Up
In this video we'll cover a quick 3 minute warm-up to get rid of morning voice, and set yourself up for the day with a Stretch, a Sound, and a Glide.

Intonation
Let's explore how intonation can change the perception of your voice.
In this video we'll explore the levels of intonation, determine what you're already doing in your voice, try out some different options for your intonation range, ultimately finding the sweet spot for you voice.

Find Vocal Stability with Chanting
In the last video we explored the Miren as a way to bridge the gap between practice and speaking.
In this video, we'll cover a different approach to finding consistency in the voice using CHANTING.
One of the main focuses when creating The Lab was making sure there was a variety of different approaches for each technique to account for all learning styles and unique needs.
Day 6:
How to Bridge Practice + Speaking (part two)
We'll explore how to bridge tone into speaking by using the Miren.
In The Lab, we use mirening as the bridge between each new technique that you learn, and your speaking voice. That way you don't have to spend months just learning the techniques and waiting for your voice to catch up!
Day 5:
Bridge Practice + Speaking (part one)
In this video we’ll explore how to find a higher and brighter OR lower and darker tone using the Siren.
Once you’ve found your tone, stay tuned for Day 6 of the 12 Days of Gender Voice where we’ll bridge that tone into your speaking voice using the Miren.

Anchoring provides power and consistency as you navigate your voice journey. In this video, we’ll use anchoring the sound to sustain the voice.
